Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Technical Manager, Civil Engineering to join our Facilities team. This role offers ownership of complex facility and infrastructure projects across multiple market sectors, with site civil design from concept through construction.

Locations include Boise, ID; Madison, WI; Minneapolis, MN; Houston, TX; and Austin, TX. You will lead grading and drainage design, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support permitting, and assist with construction administration while

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Perform site civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for facility projects.
Develop design solutions using AutoCAD Civil 3D and terrain modeling tools.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, and contractors.
Support permitting and regulatory agency coordination.
Assist with construction administration and field questions as needed.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to overall project success.
Grow toward leading projects with guidance from senior engineers.
