WSP USA is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to join our Facilities team. This role focuses on complex facility and infrastructure projects across multiple market sectors, offering ownership of design from concept through construction.

You'll support site civil design, work with multidisciplinary teams, and develop solutions using AutoCAD Civil 3D and terrain modeling. The position provides mentoring, growth opportunities, and a collaborative, global environment.

Formación

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• 7-10 years of civil engineering experience.
• Ability to perform work requiring independent judgment and adaptation of engineering principles.
• Experience in land development, municipal utility design, water resources, environmental engineering.
• Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrologic analysis, grading, and site development design.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-management and interest in developing client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Perform site civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for facility projects.
• Develop design solutions using AutoCAD Civil 3D and terrain modeling tools to support 3D coordination and visualization.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, and contractors.
• Support permitting and regulatory agency coordination.
• Assist with construction administration and respond to field questions as needed.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to overall project success.
• Apply WSP’s quality management processes, including QA/QC reviews.
• Grow toward leading projects with guidance from senior engineers.
