Job summary

WSP is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to join the Facilities team across multiple US locations, including Boise, ID and other cities. You will own site civil design efforts from concept through construction and lead tasks with guidance from senior engineers.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams on complex facility and infrastructure projects, grow technical leadership, and contribute to high-performing projects in a collaborative global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• 7-10 years of civil engineering experience.
• Ability to work with independent judgment and adapt engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform site civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for facility projects.
• Develop design solutions using AutoCAD Civil 3D and terrain modeling tools for 3D coordination.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors.
• Support permitting and regulatory agency coordination.
• Assist with construction administration and field questions.
