Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to advance site civil design for large facility and infrastructure projects across multiple markets. The role includes ownership of design tasks from concept through construction and requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, global firm.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of civil engineering experience, strong technical skills in grading, drainage, and stormwater, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• 7–10 years of civil engineering experience preferred.
• Ability to work with independent judgment and adapt engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform site civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for facility projects.
• Develop design solutions using AutoCAD Civil 3D and terrain modeling tools for 3D coordination.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors.
• Support permitting and regulatory agency coordination.
• Assist with construction administration and respond to field questions.
