This role requires a PE license, 10+ years of experience, and strong proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and InRoads, along with project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of design experience on civil/site projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with civil engineering software such as MicroStation, InRoads, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated project engineering and project management experience.
• Commitment to an active employee‑owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan production for civil/site projects.
• Conduct quantity calculations.
• Prepare specifications and contract documents.
• Conduct permitting.
• Perform complex assignments with independent judgement.
• Serve as technical expert in specialization area.
• Plan, organize and supervise work on projects and teams.
• Operate as a Project Manager on larger projects when needed.
