Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years design experience managing civil/site design projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Project Engineering and Project Management experience.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and plan production for general site civil on diverse projects.
• Conduct quantity calculations.
• Prepare specifications and contract documents.
• Perform complex assignments exercising judgment on techniques and procedures.
• Serve as a technical expert in an area of specialization.
• Conduct early project development activities including site selection and due diligence.
• Plan and develop projects with significant impact on company programs.
• Mentor and supervise a medium to large staff of professionals and designers.
• Prepare/review civil engineering scope of work and budgets/estimates for proposals.
• Perform other duties as needed.
