Job summary

Gaumard Scientific is seeking a Simulator Installation and Training Manager in the United States. This role leads installation training for Gaumard simulators at customer sites and supervises the Installation/Training team to ensure high-quality, on-site service.

The ideal candidate will build product knowledge, excel in customer communication, and maintain administrative discipline, presenting product features confidently to clinicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in biomedical, electronics, computer, simulation, medical, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Basic technical aptitude to learn simulator operation, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with workstation software/hardware setup, installation, upgrades, or repairs preferred.
• Strong communication with customers, internal teams, and leadership.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation support, in-service training, and basic maintenance for Gaumard simulators at customer sites.
• Performs setup, system checks, software verification, and post-service review per procedures.
• Communicates professionally with customers during onsite visits and maintains a positive experience.
• Finalizes service details with customer site POC for onsite training and equipment needs.
• Reports and schedules follow-ups as required.
• Completes administrative duties including service docs, SAP entries, weekly reports, and expense submissions.
• Supervises domestic Installation/Training Specialists and the coordinator.
• Follows Gaumard policies, safety requirements, and escalation procedures.
