Job summary

Gaumard Scientific is seeking a Simulator Installation and Training Manager to lead installer and trainer teams providing on-site service for Gaumard simulators and related equipment.

The role requires building product knowledge, customer-facing communication, and administrative discipline while inspiring direct reports. Travel and after-hours work are expected to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong communication skills with customers and leadership.
• Willingness to travel 75% or more and manage time across sites.

Responsibilities

• Performs operational in-service training and installation support at customer sites.
• Conducts setup, software verification, testing, and post-service reviews per procedures.
• Communicates professionally with customers during onsite visits and documents services.
• Finalizes service details with customer site POC for on-site training and equipment needs.
• Reports and schedules visits; completes SAP entries and weekly reports.
