Job summary

Reliable Robotics is hiring a Simulation Software Engineer to shape the full simulation software stack, including framework performance, flight dynamics modeling, hardware emulation, and test infrastructure.

You will work with flight software, guidance/navigation/control, and hardware test engineers to build a robust, scalable simulation framework, mentor teammates, and drive key architectural decisions for safety-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years industry experience in simulation systems within aviation, automotive or comparable environments.
• 5+ years professional experience in object oriented C++ and Python (or other scripting languages).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to develop a robust, deterministic, and scalable software simulation framework.
• Collaborate with flight software, guidance/navigation/control, and hardware test engineers.
• Improve core architecture with focus on performance, reproducibility and flexibility.
• Mentor team members to improve skills and project outcomes.
