Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a senior engineer to improve the reliability, performance, and user experience of the high-performance computing infrastructure that supports silicon development.

This role sits at the intersection of EDA, distributed systems, CI/CD, and developer productivity. You will help engineering teams run simulations, verification, and related workloads with fewer failures and shorter feedback cycles.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE/ECE/CS or related field; 7+ years industry experience.
• Expertise in Git branch strategies and merge conflict resolution.
• Practical knowledge of SQL databases and data query optimization.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows.
• Systems-oriented approach to unblock technical teams and improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable build, execution, and simulation flows for verification, functional safety, formal analysis, and EDA processes.
• Analyze system performance bottlenecks, workload patterns, and infrastructure execution to optimize throughput and reduce engineer wait times.
• Build resilient, monitored operational services with automated recovery, actionable diagnostics, and feedback loops for CI/CD and repository health.
• Develop AI-agent workflows, tools, and reusable skills that accelerate problem-solving and streamline software development and testing practices.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to transform recurring hardware and software integration failures into durable system solutions.
