Job summary

Annapurna Labs, an AWS division, is seeking a Software Development Engineer to architect, build, and operate the infrastructure that accelerates silicon development. You’ll shape platforms, tooling, and automation enabling chip design teams to iterate faster and validate thoroughly.

You will work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, HPC, and EDA, delivering scalable, reliable systems with robust CI/CD, monitoring, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as C++, Java, Python, Go, C#, Rust.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with AWS cloud solutions and infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architecture, build, and operation of silicon development infrastructure.
• Collaborate with silicon design, verification, emulation, and software teams to optimize workflows.
• Build tooling and automation to reduce manual toil and accelerate results.
• Develop monitoring, diagnostics, and alerting to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Own platform delivery, reliability, performance, and cost optimization from design to production.
