Cisco Silicon One seeks a Signal and Power Integrity Technical Leader to guide packaging SI/PI for next-generation ASICs. Lead a team to define, design, and verify ASIC packaging with post-layout extraction and reporting.

You will collaborate with system partners and vendors to resolve complex issues using advanced design rules, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 10+ years in signal and/or power integrity; or 8+ years with MS; 5+ years with PhD.
• Experience with high-speed ASIC tape-outs from a package perspective; 56G PAM4 and above.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead ASIC packaging SI/PI efforts across interposer, substrate, and PCB.
• Develop and implement design rules for ultra-high-speed signaling; meet power, performance, and area goals.
• Analyze substrate SI and PI; provide feedback to layout for optimal solutions.
• Design, document, and develop ASIC packages for high-volume, high-quality releases.
