Job summary

onsemi is seeking a dynamic Product Line Manager to lead the SiC Power Products line within the SiC Power Division. You will guide cross-functional teams and manage key customer relationships with Automotive and Industrial/Energy Storage customers to drive the development and delivery of industry-leading SiC solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in power electronics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing complex programs, and a track record of executing roadmaps from concept

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in electrical or mechanical engineering; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 10+ years in power electronics with 5+ years in a leadership role managing programs.
• Deep understanding of traction power systems and energy storage.
• Experience with SiC MOSFETs, Si IGBTs, and power modules.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate product value via OEMs and internal teams.
• Lead SiC development programs aligning with business goals.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, sales, marketing and ops.
• Engage customers and suppliers, drive satisfaction.
• Oversee development lifecycle ensuring specs, quality, regs.
• Monitor market trends to inform strategy.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Present status to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in products and processes.
