Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; 5+ years in power electronics design or related
• Hands-on lab experience with high-voltage equipment and safety practices
• Experience enabling OEMs to deploy SiC technology in high-power systems
• Ability to design modular power electronics building blocks for scalable solutions
• Proficiency in PCB layout and signal integrity with EMI/EMC awareness
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Drive integration of SiC power devices into complete field-ready solutions for OEMs.
• Design, model, and validate scalable Power Electronics Building Blocks (PEBBs).
• Lead high-voltage lab tests: DPT, SOA validation, short-circuit immunity, ruggedness.
• Run simulations of power conversion topologies using PLECS, LTSPICE, and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Create technical collateral: application notes, user manuals, white papers.
• Collaborate with R&D, fabrication, and product management to shape roadmaps.
