Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Applications Engineering, Field Applications Engineering, Power Electronics Design, System Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience with high-voltage/high-power semiconductor technologies (SiC, IGBTs, Power Modules).
• Proficiency with PCB design tools and circuit/system-level simulation tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic customer engagements and design wins with application expertise and system-level guidance.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex customer challenges and advise on architectures and topologies.
• Create technical content for customers and internal teams, including notes and trainings.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence across the global HPS organization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer success and business growth.
