Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Signal & Power Integrity Engineer in a hybrid role. You will craft SI/PI solutions for high-speed interconnects, run system-level simulations for PCIe5, USB-4, and GPU memory interfaces, and model components in 3D EM tools.

You’ll also optimize PDN across packages and boards, and enhance models through lab measurements. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on experience with high-speed signaling standards and strong proficiency in ANSYS tools and MATLAB/JMP for

Qualifications

• BS/MS-Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of industry experience in SI/PI.
• Experience with PCIe, USB, HDMI, GDDR6, or LPDDR5X.
• Hands-on use of 3-D modeling tools (ANSYS HFSS/Q3D) and SIWAVE.

Responsibilities

• Craft creative signal integrity solutions for complex system designs.
• Run system-level SI simulations for NVLinks, USB4, PCIe5, GDDR6, LP5X.
• Model vias, connectors, sockets, and components in 3D EM tools.
• Design and optimize PDN across packages and PCBs.
• Improve SI/PI models with lab measurements.
• Automate simulations and analyze data with JMP or MATLAB.
