Qualifications

MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong background in applied electromagnetics and signal processing.
Experience in power integrity for core or I/O power.
Familiarity with die/package/board decoupling effects on noise.

Responsibilities

Craft SI and PI solutions for complex system designs.
Run system-level power integrity simulations for GPUs and AI systems.
Collaborate with VLSI power and package/board teams to optimize PDN.
Create guidelines for PDN design and post-layout PI extractions.
Work in a cross-functional role to optimize package, PCB, ASIC, and mixed-signal circuits.
