You will model and simulate using 3D EM tools and drive SI post-layout analyses across complex designs. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in SI/PI, strong EM theory, and hands-on experience with HFSS, Q3D, and SIWAVE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of industry experience in signal and power integrity.
• Strong background in electromagnetics and transmission line theory.

Responsibilities

• Craft SI solutions for complex system designs.
• Model vias, connectors, sockets, breakouts in 3D EM tools.
• Run system-level SI simulations for PCIe, USB, memory interfaces.
• Improve SI models using lab data and tool updates.
• Create guidelines for substrate and board SI, review layouts, perform post-layout extractions.
• Automate simulations and analyze data using MATLAB or JMP.
