Safran Electronics & Defense Actuation North America seeks a seasoned SIOP Manager to lead the integrated business planning process, aligning demand, supply, and financial targets. This role connects Sales, Program Management, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to deliver execution-ready plans.

With 7+ years in SIOP/Supply Chain, you will drive forecast accuracy, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting growth initiatives and compliance in a dynamic aerospace

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline from an accredited course of study.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in SIOP, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Own, lead, and continuously improve the end-to-end SIOP process.
• Partner with sales and product teams to improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze data and prepare consolidated managerial reports for actions.
• Maintain control towers, metrics charts, and reporting for root-cause analysis.
• Link operational plans to financial targets and executive decisions.
• Review procedures and ensure compliance with corporate strategies.
• Lead a team of 5-10 demand and procurement roles.
• Coach cross-functional leaders to resolve supply-demand gaps.
• Foster a positive working environment and talent development.
