Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
10+ years in business operations, with at least 5+ years in cross-functional leadership roles.
Experience with SI&OP or integrated planning processes.
3-5 years of experience with SI&OP.
Knowledge in financial planning & analysis, program/operations planning, supply chain, or analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead through influence and align stakeholders.
Experience with change management and process improvement.
Effective communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and time management.
CRM/ERP/MRP/FP&A systems knowledge.
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Implement SI&OP processes and tools tailored to Sierra Space's needs.
Coordinate cross-functional planning with Programs, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development.
Support scenario planning and capacity/inventory strategies.
