RTX is seeking an experienced cost modeling lead for a remote role in the United States. You will drive cost modeling and benchmarking for complex assemblies and parts, using aPriori and in-house models to generate costed elements.

The ideal candidate holds a STEM degree with 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years (or 14+ years without a degree). You will support negotiations, train users, and travel minimally.

Qualificações

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with should-cost tools and cost modeling.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost modeling and benchmarking for complex assemblies and parts.
• Utilize aPriori and internal regression models to support should-cost analyses.
• Translate drawings/models into costed elements (material, labor, OH, tooling, logistics).
• Develop cost rollups and drivers to support negotiations.
• Train users and contribute to standard work.
