Qualifikationen

• Seven or more years of diesel-powered heavy equipment repair experience preferred.
• Ability and knowledge to read/use schematics and diagrams experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Graduation from a diesel technology program preferred.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions and failures.
• Disassembles and assembles machine components to manufacturer specifications.
• Rebuilds, repairs, and maintains construction equipment and components.
• Mentors and trains others; communicates customer needs to shop management.
• Plans and controls cost of repair jobs while ensuring safety.
• Completes parts orders and identifies parts for return.
