Job summary

Dunkin Franchisee is seeking a Senior Shift Leader to guide the team on each shift and assist the Store Manager. You’ll coach Crew Members, ensure Dunkin brand standards are met, and keep guests happy with exceptional service.

You’ll also help manage inventory, vendor orders, and training programs while upholding safety and profitability policies across the operation.

• Experience guiding a team during a shift.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback constructively.
• Familiarity with brand standards for food and beverage.
