Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining store cleanliness and food safety standards. The role includes opening/closing duties and supporting sales goals with a positive, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role (food service or retail preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
