Dunkin' in Matamoras is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations, coach crew members, and deliver a great guest experience with every order.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role (food service or retail preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
