Job summary

Dunkin’ franchisee in Bryant, AR is hiring a Senior Shift Leader to be the Store Manager’s right hand. You’ll coach team members, uphold dunkin standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences on every shift.

This full-time role requires weekend availability and a proactive, guest-focused attitude. You’ll lead by example, keep operations running smoothly, and support inventory and training initiatives while ensuring safety and profitability policies are followed.

As a Dunkin’ franchisee, we believe our crew is just as important as our coffee and donuts! We’re looking for a bright, energetic, and guest-focused Senior Shift Leader to join the fun.

In this role, you’ll be the Store Manager’s right-hand person, helping to coach our Restaurant Team Members, making sure we’re hitting all those Dunkin’ standards, and keeping our guests happy with fantastic service, every time!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate Team Members throughout your shift.
• Coach Team Members and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Execute Brand standards for food and beverage preparation.
• Handle customer issues and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
