Taurean is seeking a Lead SharePoint/Power Platform Developer to drive KM and digital transformation for DoD IL5+ environments at Fort Meade. You will design, build, deploy, secure and maintain enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.

Responsibilities include modernizing processes, integrating AI tools, developing data models with JSON/CSS/REST/XML/SPFx/DAX, and ensuring security and data integrity within government

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 3+ years of general experience, or 6+ years total experience with 5+ years in enterprise SharePoint architecture and development.
• Minimum 2 years of DoD Microsoft 365 IL5+ tenant experience (e.g., DoD365-J).
• Experience designing and deploying JSON, CSS, REST, XML, SPFx, Power Query and DAX within secure environments.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Viva and AI toolsets into KM solutions.
• Proven track record in Agile Scrumban and backlog refinement.
