Job summary
TJ Consulting Group seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer to drive enterprise digital transformation for DHA/DoD. You will design, develop, and mentor across Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365, aligning business needs with technical solutions.
Lead development efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure ALM discipline, and deliver scalable, secure cloud-based solutions in a hybrid, on-site environment in San Antonio.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of application/software development including substantial Power Platform experience.
- Advanced experience with Power Apps Model-Driven apps.
- Advanced Dataverse capabilities: data modeling, relationships, forms/views, business rules, security.
- Strong Power Automate experience with complex workflows and integrations.
- Strong Power BI skills: dashboards, DAX, data modeling, KPIs.
- Experience creating Canvas Apps and Power Fx.
- Strong SharePoint Online & Microsoft 365 experience.
- Working knowledge of SQL and enterprise data sources.
- Experience with ALM and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps Model-Driven applications.
- Architect Dataverse environments, including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
- Develop and maintain complex Power Automate workflows for processes, approvals, notifications, and integrations.
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports with data modeling and KPIs.
- Develop Canvas Apps and Power Fx solutions as needed.
- Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint Online, SQL databases, Dataverse, APIs, and other systems.
- Collaborate with DHA stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
- Lead development activities and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex application, data, reporting, and integration issues.
- Support ALM, testing, deployments, and change management.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and stakeholder presentations.
