Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior SharePoint Developer to design and deliver MS Power Platform solutions and modern SharePoint components, pages, and integration points that enhance collaboration and knowledge management.

You will translate requirements, build interactive dashboards with Power BI, implement governance, and establish ALM practices across Power Platform and SharePoint environments. A Bachelor's in CS/IT and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Demonstrated success on Large Scale SPO Development Projects.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop MS Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for automation and dashboards.
Design and implement SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, content types, and custom components; build modern pages, forms, and integration points.
Create custom applications leveraging connectors, forms, and flows with governance-enabled environments.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
Prepare, explore, model, and organize data; implement row-level security and develop interactive reports and dashboards.
Apply least-privilege access models across M365, SharePoint, and distribution groups.
Establish ALM practices for Power Platform and SharePoint: source control, Dev/Test/Prod, training, and support.
