Job summary

Taurean Corp in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a skilled KM support specialist to assist the KM Lead with implementing, testing, migrating, maintaining and documenting DoD-bound SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.

Primary duties include building workflows and visualizations with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, adhering to government security boundaries, and contributing to migration planning, validation of permissions, and ongoing solution support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field, plus 3 years general experience; or 6 years total experience.
• Experience implementing and documenting SharePoint and Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work within Government-approved DoD Microsoft 365 security boundaries.
• Ability to execute tasks in an Agile Scrumban team under KM Lead direction.
• Complete required on-the-job training and demonstrate ability to operate in a Government environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test and deploy SharePoint Online, Teams and Power Platform solutions within government security boundaries.
• Build workflows, data models, visualizations and UIs using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, JSON, CSS, REST, XML, SPFx, Power Query and DAX.
• Support Microsoft Viva and AI integrations under KM Lead direction.
• Develop wireframes and proofs of concept; document solution configurations, tests and procedures and contribute automation recommendations.
• Prepare migration inventories and mappings, execute content migrations, and validate permissions and accessibility.
• Monitor developed solutions, troubleshoot issues, implement approved fixes/enhancements and maintain change documentation.
• Participate in Government-led Scrumban planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives; provide estimates, progress and technical-debt updates.
