Job summary

SMX seeks a Senior SharePoint Developer to architect, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint environments. You will migrate legacy workflows to Power Automate/Power Apps, implement secure access controls, and ensure governance for DIA/DoD standards. You will also produce UI/UX standards, documentation, and SOPs for site owners and end users.

This is a full-time onsite role in Ft. Meade, MD, requiring TS/SCI level security considerations and collaboration across multiple SharePoint environments

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of specialized experience in SharePoint ecosystems (SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365).
• At least 2 years focused on enterprise content management and taxonomy design.
• Experience automating workflows with Power Automate/Power Apps is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites for Knowledge Management and analytics dashboards.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint environments.
• Migrate legacy workflows to Power Automate/Power Apps.
• Structure lists, libraries, and taxonomy to feed PRESS dashboards.
• Implement granular access controls and AD integration for security.
• Apply DoD/DIA data governance and compliance standards.
• Produce UI/UX standards, documentation, and SOPs for site owners and users.
