Job summary

ITC Defense in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to modernize and sustain Microsoft 365 solutions for Navy logistics and information management. You will architect and implement SharePoint Online structures, governance, and secure data practices while integrating Power Platform tools.

The role requires DoD experience, strong communication, and the ability to work onsite in Lexington Park with a preference for local candidates.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years in developing and supporting SharePoint solutions (SharePoint Online + Microsoft 365).
• Experience with secure SharePoint solutions, including access control, governance, and information management.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Ability to support onsite work in Lexington Park, MD as required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions (sites, lists, libraries, permissions, templates).
• Serve as a senior technical resource for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Plan and execute migration, modernization, testing, and documentation activities.
• Develop and support Power Automate workflows and integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Design and maintain SharePoint/SQL data structures with DoD data management in mind.
• Implement RBAC and governance per Navy/DoD requirements.
• Develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI or similar tools.
• Ensure DoD cybersecurity compliance (RMF, STIGs, FedRAMP).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and support integrated solutions.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
