DAVTEQ Inc. invites a Senior Business Systems Analyst — SharePoint Specialist to join the onsite Technology team in San Jose for a high-visibility role across a 113-site SharePoint environment.

Lead analysis, design, and support of SharePoint-based solutions, focusing on workflow automation and cross-functional collaboration. You will liaise between business units and IT, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals, with governance, security, and Power Platform integration as core

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst with 3 years hands-on SharePoint experience.
• Experience leading requirements-gathering sessions and managing complex SharePoint projects.
• Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders; translate into technical specs.
• Develop, implement, and enforce SharePoint governance policies and standards.
• Ensure data security policies and access controls in SharePoint.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform).
• Create and maintain business process flows, functional specs, training materials, and governance plans.
• Analyze existing SharePoint sites for usage, access controls, gaps, and improvements.
• Lead or participate in SharePoint feature implementations and migrations.
• Design scalable, user-friendly SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
• Design, develop, and manage automated workflows using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, or other tools.
• Provide ongoing user support and training; serve as SME on SharePoint best practices.
