Job summary

Consultant Specialists, Inc. (CSI) seeks a SharePoint-focused Senior BSA to lead analysis, design, governance, and workflow automation across a large, multi-site Microsoft 365 environment.

The role collaborates with business units and IT to streamline processes and deliver scalable collaboration solutions. You will oversee requirements gathering, governance of SharePoint Online, and automated workflows while ensuring compliance with security standards and data controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years as a BSA, including 3+ years hands-on SharePoint experience.
• Experience with workflow automation (SharePoint Designer, Power Automate).
• Strong requirements gathering and SharePoint project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional specifications.
• Administer and govern SharePoint Online sites, metadata, permissions, and lifecycle policies.
• Ensure compliance with data security, access controls, and corporate governance standards.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and related tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform).
• Build user-friendly SharePoint sites, libraries, and solutions that improve efficiency.
• Lead feature implementations, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing user support.
• Serve as SME for SharePoint best practices, trends, and capabilities.

This role partners closely with business units and IT to streamline processes, strengthen data governance, and deliver scalable collaboration solutions.

What You Bring
