The ideal candidate will possess extensive SharePoint development experience and advanced skills in the Microsoft Power Platform. The position may offer remote or hybrid work, emphasizing flexibility and collaboration in a vital role supporting senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a current Secret security clearance.
• 5-8 years of professional, hands-on SharePoint development experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing SharePoint sites in US Government environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of the SharePoint environment.
• Design and implement complex automated business solutions using the Power Platform.
• Manage and enforce the SharePoint security model.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution.
• Lead the development of the SharePoint training program.

Skills

Advanced hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and administration

Expert proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform

Proven ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders

In-depth knowledge of SharePoint security models and governance best practices

Education
