Job summary

Maganti IT Resources, LLC seeks an experienced SharePoint Business Analyst to scope the business and application impact of migrating files to OneDrive and SharePoint. The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive BA experience, and proven ability to document use cases and requirements.

Responsibilities include interviewing IT business units, creating artifacts in SharePoint, and coordinating with security and governance teams to design scalable SharePoint models.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years as a business analyst.
• Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online expertise with hands-on experience.
• At least 2 years SharePoint experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience migrating network shares to SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
• Experience using Jira for documenting user stories.

Responsibilities

• Scope business and application impact of migrating files to OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Analyze network shares, security groups and user permissions.
• Read project artifacts and conduct business unit interviews.
• Publish interview topics and questions ahead of interviews.
• Conduct structured interviews with IT business units to identify processes.
• Document interviews and compile requirements and business processes.
• Schedule and conduct requirements reviews with project team.
• Review proposed use cases and obtain approval of requirements.
• Create and maintain artifacts in a SharePoint site.
• Develop SharePoint solutions and rationale.
• Propose high level SharePoint security model and coordinate with CISO.
• Document applications accessing network shares and use cases.
• Assist with enterprise architecture of SharePoint sites.
• Review and update SharePoint governance documents.
• Participate in senior management briefings on findings.
• Utilize Jira to document user stories, use cases and tasks.
