Job summary

Commonwealth of Massachusetts - Department of Revenue (DOR) seeks an experienced SharePoint Business Analyst to support enterprise migration from network shares to SharePoint Online and OneDrive. You will gather requirements, analyze impacts, document current processes, and help define SharePoint models that meet agency needs.

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Experience with enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Experience migrating network/file shares to SharePoint/OneDrive.
Strong ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, and model business workflows.

Responsibilities

Analyze network shares, security groups, and applications accessing shared drives.
Interview stakeholders to identify processes, use cases, and requirements.
Develop use cases, process models, and requirement documents.
Document stakeholder interviews and translate findings into business requirements.
Support design meetings and project governance for SharePoint migration.
Collaborate with teams throughout the migration lifecycle and use JIRA to track tasks.
