Job summary

Media Riders Inc. in Houston seeks a Business Analyst IT Tier 1 (Coordination & Reporting) to support a SharePoint migration program. You will coordinate deliverables, run reports, validate retention rules, and manage follow-ups with Information Stewards and the Tiger Team.

The role focuses on reporting, tracking, issue triage, and SharePoint support within a fast-moving project with a tight 12–18 month window and thousands of sites to remediate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, automated reporting, macros, workbook validation.
• SharePoint knowledge — basic administration, user management.
• Strong communication skills — high volume of follow-ups and stakeholder coordination.
• Attention to detail — accuracy in reporting, tracking, and documentation.
• Ability to self-manage — work independently within a fast-moving project.
• Ability to take direction — follow guidance from leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BG SharePoint project activities in line with the approved schedule (to be provided).
• Investigate and triage issues impacting deliverables (e.g., site access problems, orphan site ownership assessment).
• Track BG deliverables, execute SharePoint migration tasks, and report status and escalations.
• Prepare and submit SP Migration project KRIs on a scheduled basis.
• Monitor and report progress weekly to the Record Steward and Tiger Team Project Coordinator.
