Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC (CLA) is seeking a Lead Modern Workplace SharePoint Engineer to advance our Microsoft 365 platform. You will lead architecture, governance, and delivery of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams across the enterprise, partnering with security, risk, and IT teams.

The role requires expertise in content management, information architecture, and scalable collaboration solutions, with a focus on modernization, migrations, and enterprise alignment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience leading enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations.
Strong governance, information architecture, and content management expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of SharePoint Online across the enterprise.
Serve as primary technical authority for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
Develop and maintain governance, site provisioning standards, and metadata strategies.
Drive intranet, portal, document management, and knowledge management initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into modern Microsoft 365 solutions.
