Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a Lead Modern Workplace SharePoint Engineer to join the Information Technology team in Minnesota. The role focuses on leading architecture, governance, and modernization of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related Microsoft technologies to enable secure content management and knowledge sharing across the firm.

You will mentor engineers, champion enterprise collaboration solutions, and drive continuous improvement in platform performance and security.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience required.
• 8 years of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 engineering experience preferred.
• 5+ years of SharePoint Online experience preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of SharePoint Online across the enterprise.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Develop and maintain governance, information architecture, and content management strategies.
• Lead intranet, portal, document management, knowledge management, and collaboration platform initiatives.
• Design scalable content management solutions supporting operations and engagement.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into modern Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Drive SharePoint modernization including migrations from legacy platforms and on-premises environments.
• Lead integration with Power Platform, Copilot, Viva, and CRM systems.
