Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Lead Modern Workplace SharePoint Engineer to lead architecture and governance of enterprise SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services. You will drive modernization, migrations, and scalable content management across the firm.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with security and risk teams, and a focus on employee experience, governance, and compliance. Minnesota compensation is highlighted.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience required.
• 8 years of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 engineering experience preferred.
• 5+ years of SharePoint Online experience preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of SharePoint Online across the enterprise.
• Serve as primary technical authority for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams integrations, and 365 services.
• Develop governance frameworks, site provisioning standards, and metadata strategies.
• Lead intranet, portal, document management, and collaboration platform initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable content management solutions for operations and client engagement.
• Translate requirements into modern Microsoft 365 solutions while aligning with enterprise standards.
• Drive modernization, migrations from legacy platforms, and on-premises SharePoint.
