Job summary
CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking a Lead Modern Workplace SharePoint Engineer to lead architecture, governance, and modernization of enterprise collaboration platforms. You will drive design, migration, and integration efforts across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and Power Platform, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders.
You will mentor engineers and deliver scalable, compliant solutions that enhance employee experience and client engagement.
Qualifications
- 6 years relevant experience required.
- 8 years SharePoint and MS 365 engineering experience preferred.
- 5+ years SharePoint Online experience preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and optimization of SharePoint Online across the enterprise.
- Serve as primary technical authority for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
- Develop governance frameworks, site provisioning standards, and metadata strategies.
- Lead intranet, portal, and knowledge management initiatives.
- Design scalable content management solutions aligning with business needs.
- Drive migrations from legacy platforms and on-premises SharePoint.
