Job summary

BrezQ in Foster City, CA, is seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant (L3 Support) in a hybrid role. You will own advanced L3 support for SharePoint, Power Platform apps, and complex workflows, coordinating with offshore teams to streamline escalations and ensure secure, scalable operations.

The role emphasizes production incident ownership, deep RCA, and release management via Azure DevOps, with collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years total IT experience
7+ years SharePoint L3 Support (SharePoint Online, 2013, hybrid)
5+ years troubleshooting Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
7+ years API integrations with enterprise software, OpenXML, and Azure DevOps CI/CD
7+ years end-to-end SDLC experience in Agile/Scrum (Jira / Azure DevOps)

Responsibilities

L3 Production Support: Own, troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents end-to-end for SharePoint Online and hybrid architectures.
Power Platform Operations: Diagnose and fix complex low-code/no-code apps, canvas/model-driven apps, and automated Power Automate workflows.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct deep technical investigations to identify bug root causes and implement permanent fixes.
Integrations & Release Management: Manage API integrations, SPFx, and deployment pipelines through Azure DevOps CI/CD.
Stakeholder & Offshore Collaboration: Serve as the onshore technical contact for escalations, business alignment, code reviews, and offshore alignment.
