Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an Engineer III to join the Productivity Tools team in a hybrid role. You will contribute across Power Platform workloads, governance, and solution delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders to architect and implement scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, governance strategies, and enterprise-grade delivery across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online, balancing security with agility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience engineering Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, or related cloud services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, troubleshooting, and supporting production Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including integrations and enterprise operational support.
• Experience designing and implementing Power Platform governance, environment strategy, DLP policies, connector controls, security, lifecycle management, and licensing considerations.
• Advanced experience integrating and automating Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, custom connectors, Azure Automation, or related technologies.
• Proven ability to contribute to complex technical initiatives, participate in architecture and design reviews, troubleshoot cross-platform issues, and partner with stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Solution Architecture: design and implement enterprise business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related 365 services.
• Power Apps Engineering: design, build, enhance, and support Canvas and Model-Driven apps with best practices for UX, security, data, performance, and maintainability.
• Power Automate Engineering: develop and maintain cloud flows, troubleshoot connectors, authentication, permissions, expressions, data dependencies, and downstream integrations.
• Dataverse & Data Architecture: design Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules; choose data sources and integration patterns.
• Governance & Strategy: define environment strategy, DLP policies, connector governance, managed environments, licensing, and ownership inventory.
• Lifecycle Management: establish dev/test/prod practices with solutions, environment variables, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD via Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• SharePoint Online Engineering: design and administer SharePoint Online sites, information architecture, permissions, lifecycle, and governance; integrate with Power Platform.
• Automation & Integration: build integrations and admin automation using Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST, PowerShell, Azure, and related services.
• Security, Compliance & Risk: apply least-privilege, data protection, auditability, retention, and enterprise controls to designs.
• Troubleshooting & Escalations: serve as technical escalation resource for Power Platform & SharePoint issues; perform RCA and coordinate with vendors.
• Operational Excellence: improve monitoring, alerting, service health, capacity, incident response, change management, and problem management.
• Leadership & Enablement: contribute to standards, mentor peers, create docs/runbooks, support roadmaps and platform strategy.
• Business Partnership: collaborate with stakeholders to estimate, explain tradeoffs, and deliver measurable outcomes.
