Job summary

Falcon Smart IT (FalconSmartIT) seeks an experienced L3 SharePoint support engineer in California to own complex incidents, optimize Microsoft 365 integrations, and ensure stability of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.

You will collaborate across teams, perform root-cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and help scale security and reliability of business applications while aligning with ITIL and release processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience providing L3 support for SharePoint platforms, specializing in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013.
• 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including complex business workflows.
• 7+ years of experience integrating SharePoint with enterprise systems using APIs, OpenXML, and supporting Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• 7+ years of experience across the end-to-end application lifecycle, owning production incidents, root cause analysis, deployments, upgrades, and ongoing platform support.

Responsibilities

• Own production incidents and root cause analysis with permanent fixes.
• Ensure stability and performance of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and improvements.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and release management within Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Improve security, scalability, and reliability of business applications.
