• 7+ years API integrations with enterprise software, OpenXML, and Azure DevOps CI/CD
• 7+ years end-to-end SDLC experience in Agile/Scrum (Jira / Azure DevOps)

Responsibilities

• L3 Production Support: Own, troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents end-to-end for SharePoint Online and hybrid architectures.
• Power Platform Operations: Diagnose and fix complex low-code/no-code apps, canvas/model-driven apps, and automated Power Automate workflows.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct deep technical investigations to identify bug root causes and implement permanent fixes.
• Integrations & Release Management: Manage API integrations, SPFx, and deployment pipelines through Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Stakeholder & Offshore Collaboration: Serve as the onshore technical contact for escalations, business alignment, code reviews, and offshore alignment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant (L3 Support) to join our team in Foster City, CA. In this high-impact, hybrid role, you will lead advanced L3 support for custom SharePoint solutions, Power Platform apps, and complex workflows. You will own complex production incidents end-to-end, perform deep root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes to ensure peak platform performance, scalability, and security.

Serving as our onshore technical subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders and coordinate with offshore technical teams to streamline escalations and optimize M365 digital workspace applications.

Key Responsibilities

• L3 Production Support: Own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents end-to-end for SharePoint Online and hybrid architectures.
• Power Platform Operations: Diagnose and fix complex low-code/no-code applications, canvas/model-driven apps, and automated Power Automate workflows.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct deep technical investigations to identify bug root causes, implement permanent fixes, and prevent recurring KTLO (Keep The Lights On) issues.
• Integrations & Release Management: Manage API integrations, custom web parts (SPFx), and deployment pipelines through Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Stakeholder & Offshore Collaboration: Serve as the primary onshore technical contact for escalations, business alignment, code reviews, and offshore technical alignment.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• 10+ Years of total IT experience with 7+ years specialized in SharePoint L3 Support (SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, lists, libraries, and hybrid setups).
• 5+ Years troubleshooting complex Power Apps and Power Automate workflow failures.
• 7+ Years integrating SharePoint with enterprise software via APIs, OpenXML, and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD release pipelines.
• 7+ Years of end-to-end SDLC experience in Agile/Scrum environments (Jira / Azure DevOps).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Version control expertise with Git / GitHub.
• Exposure to CMS environments (WordPress, Drupal).
• Familiarity with modern UI/UX design principles and general cloud hosting (Azure / AWS).
