Job summary

Aroha Technologies, Inc is seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant to provide L3 production support for SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform RCA, and ensure stability, security, and performance of enterprise apps.

The role requires strong experience in hybrid SharePoint environments, APIs, OpenXML, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, plus collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• SharePoint: 7+ years of L3 support experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013, including hybrid architectures.
• Power Platform: 5+ years of experience supporting Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Front-End Technologies: 5+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX.
• Integrations & DevOps: 7+ years of experience with APIs, OpenXML, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Application Support: 7+ years of experience managing production incidents, RCA, deployments, upgrades, and the end-to-end application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013, including sites, lists, libraries, custom workflows, and hybrid environments.
• Troubleshoot and support Power Apps, Power Automate, and complex business workflows.
• Resolve production incidents end to end, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
• Troubleshoot and enhance front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX.
• Support enterprise integrations using APIs and OpenXML, along with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Manage application deployments, upgrades, testing, and ongoing production support.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with business, application, and offshore teams to ensure timely resolution and effective communication.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
