Job summary

LifeWay Christian Resources is seeking a Senior Marketing Platform Administrator to lead configuration and governance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. You will bridge technical platform admin with business impact, enabling marketing teams to reach the church effectively.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SFMC administration, experience with Salesforce CRM, SQL, and API integrations. This is a remote US role with occasional travel to Nashville for team gatherings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field, required.
• Master's degree in CS/IS or related field, preferred.
• Advanced graduate degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer Lifeway's marketing platform (SFMC Engagement), owning configuration and governance.
• Build features including suppression automations, unsubscribe workflows, data lookup, and audience segmentation.
• Manage integrations between SFMC and connected systems (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Form.io, Snowflake).
• Configure data ingestion pipelines powering audience building at scale.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate the platform with websites and a custom preference center.
• Configure and maintain data export processes for reporting, analytics, and data backup.
• Monitor release updates, security reviews, and health checks; identify opportunities and adjustments.
• Create/maintain technical docs and communicate changes to trainers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, and coordinate SSO with IT Operations and Security.
