Job summary

The role requires strong analytical and time management skills to multitask across multiple processes and data input platforms, with the ability to communicate complex issues to leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in wealth management operations or a data analytics role within the wealth management industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

• Communicating complex issues both in writing and verbally to management, internal and external business partners, and clients
• Overseeing existing processes and mitigating risk against future firm impact
• Being proactive in order to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements
• Recognizing issues, problems, or opportunities, and making creative recommendations on how to solve business challenges
• Generating reports and tracking trend numbers
• Supporting audit requirements and participate in audit meetings and evaluations
• Leading project testing for new technology and implementation
• Updating and maintaining department controls and procedures
