Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a Performance and Data Reconciliation Associate Analyst to provide resolutions for client reporting applications and escalations, delivering a high level of service to clients.

You'll collaborate across teams, analyze investment activity, verify performance figures, and identify defects while supporting risk mitigation and process improvements. This role emphasizes client focus, teamwork, and ongoing process enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services with client facing or operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Must have excellent verbal, listening, and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with team members on multiple and possibly overlapping client requests.
• Supporting clients by fielding escalations and providing performance related explanations.
• Transaction accounting to analyze firm wide investment activity.
• Reviewing and validating performance figures and resolving any resulting discrepancies.
• Collaborating effectively and efficiently with other business units to correct recurring issues.
• Identifying reporting defects.
• Documenting data quality issues, performance measures, and quality improvements.
• Implementing solutions with management direction.
• Overseeing existing processes and mitigating risk against future firm impact.
